About Position
We are opening a real internship program at Hitit Medya for university students who want to learn sales and marketing—and grow in the field. This is not a "fetch coffee" internship: you will join client meetings, see how proposals are built, and work inside CRM and digital marketing operations. We take you into the field—and when the right opportunity appears, we pursue it together. With mentor support, what you learn here becomes portfolio-ready, real-world experience. We are looking for communicative, curious students who take ownership. Compensation: Legal internship wage + performance bonus.
Requirements
- University student (undergraduate or associate degree)
- Legal internship wage + performance bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or the digital agency world
- Basic digital literacy (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets)
- Organized, responsible, and team-oriented
- Available for at least 3 days per week (hybrid)
- Turkish required; English is a plus
